Do you only work with startups and new companies or can you help older, more established businesses as well?
Yes! Startups and small businesses are our specialty. We believe that startups and small businesses need social media marketing in order to grow and this is one thing that is unaffordable at the same time. We bring quality and affordability to the table with what we provide.
What is the 5th Dimension client onboarding process?
The first step is going to be a conversation with one of our account managers and then within a week, we will set up a meeting with you where we discuss your goals and what you look to achieve(more sales, higher reach, more recognition etc). After this, our account manager will send you a proposal where pricing and services will be discussed in detail. As the final step you will sign a 6 month starting contract as a testing period.
What are your charges?
It depends on the business and location you are in. But we assure you that our pricing is set in a way that you will not be able to meet our quality at our price out there in the market.
